Sometimes, situations and experiences occur in life that are out of our control. How we cope with life’s hardships and uncertainties makes all the difference in our present day mental health. Talking to someone (either a trusted loved one or trusted mental health therapist) may help us de-construct, construct, and re-construct a narrative to our experience.
